Supply good service to satisfy Oil Company (the Op erator). 严格执行钻井合同和钻井设计，避免所有可避免的事故，为甲方提供满意的服务。 3) Set a good exa mple for the others by his pro fessi onal HSE, man ageme nt and drilli ng p erforma nee etc. 在HSE、管理和作业表现等方面，起好带头作用。 4) To be responsible for rig overall management, including the management of Chinese or overseas personnel management (such as: on-duty and off-duty rotation plan, promotion and demotion or dismiss), HSE, equipment and dow n-hole engin eeri ng and etc.. 负责井队的全面管理，包括：中国和海外员工的管理（比如倒班计划、员工的提 拔、降级或解雇等）、HSE、设备和井下作业。 5) Coord in ate the relati onship among rig team, Oil Company and all third p arties. Well orga nize rig crew to p erform drilli ng jobs in the most efficie nt, safest way un der the in structi on of Company rep rese ntative. 协调井队、甲方和第三方在作业现场的关系，按照甲方代表的指令，高效、安全 地组织钻井施工。 6) In case that there is any differe nt idea with Company Rep rese ntative, suggesti on should be made immediately to prevent rig personnel, rig equipment and well-bore hole from all kinds of damage. 一旦与甲方代表有不同意见，应及时提出建议使井队人员、设备和井眼免受各种损 害。 7) To be res pon sible for materials pre-
