Rural finance as one of the main industry in the rural economic development, the agriculture, the rural economy and farmers1 quality of life and so on various aspects have a huge impact. Promote the development of rural finance, conducive to the new rural construction, improving peasant quality of life lay a good foundation, is Chinas characteristic socialism new rural construction goal of an effective way. From actual conditions, this article takes jiangsu province rural finance as the research object, first of all, analyze the cutTent situation of the development of rural finance of jiangsu province, find out the main problems, and then cairies on the analysis of the main causes of these problems, and finally work out effective countermeasures to solve these problems, to promote the rapid development of the rural finance of jiangsu province rural finance can better serve the new rural construction.
