Knowledge aims 1) To learn Key vocabulary: exciting, along, kilometre , special, culture ,arrive ,leave 2) Key phrases: how far多远 how man多少 from…to… 从……到…… 3) Key structures: How exciting! How far is it from…to…? It`s about…kilometres. The Silk Road is about 6500 kilometres long. 2. Ability aims After learning the text, the students will be able to grasp the key words and expressions, they will be able to make plans and use the Simple Future Tense to talk about their plan about trip and with their own words. 3. Emotional aims Encourage the students to express their ideas with their own words to make them have confidence and interests to learn English. Help the students learn how to make a plan with the Simple Future Tense and how to say numbers in English. 教学重难点 Key and difficult points 1) Words and expressions: exciting , along ,kilometre , special ,culture ,arrive , leave , how far ,how many, from…to… 2) Important sentences: How exciting!
