----分割----- 血管内介入栓塞疗法对脑血管畸形疗效分析 【摘要】：目的：研究血管内介入栓塞疗法对脑血管畸形疗效。方法：选取2011年4月至2013年7月来我院住院治疗的脑血管畸形患者64例，随机平均分为两组，栓塞组使用血管内介入栓塞疗法，手术组运用传统外科手术治疗，观察和比较两组的日常生活功能（ADL）和栓塞切除情况。结果：栓塞组32例患者中，完全栓塞13例，大部分及以上栓塞28例，小部分栓塞4例；手术组32例患者中，全切27例，大部分及以上切除31例，小部分切除1例，两组的完全栓塞或全切水平有明显统计学差异，P0.05，大部分及以上栓塞或切除以及小部分栓塞或切除差异无统计学意义，P0.05；栓塞组32例患者中，ADL I为18例，ADL II为9例，ADL III为2例，ADL IV为2例，ADL V为1例；手术组32例患者中，ADL I为10例，ADL II为7例，ADL III为7例，ADL IV为6例，ADL V为2例；两组的ADL比较，ADL I患者差异有统计学意义，P0.05，其他ADL分级患者无明显差异，P0.05。结论：血管内介入栓塞疗法的效果是值得肯定的，建议临床医生在熟悉操作后使用这一技术。 【关键词】：脑血管畸形；血管内介入栓塞疗法；治疗效果； The analysis of endovascular embolization treatment on cerebral vascular malformation 【Abstract】:Objective:To study the endovascular embolization treatment on cerebral vascular malformation.Methods:64 inpatients of cerebral vascular malformation from April 2011 to July 2013 were chosen,and they were randomly averagely divided to 2 groups.The embolization group was treated by endovascular embolization treatment,and the surgery group was treated by traditional surgery.ADL ,embolization and resection of 2 groups were observed and compared.Results:In 32 cases of embolization group,13 cases were embolished totally,28 cases were subtotally embolished at least,4 cases were partly embolished. In 32 cases of surgery group,27 cases were resected totally,31 cases were subtotally resected at least,1 cases were partly resected.The difference of total embolization or resection of 2 groups is significant,P0.05.The difference of subtotal embolization or resection of 2 groups is not significant,P0.05. In 32 cases of embolization group,18 cases were ADL I,9 cases were ADL II,2 cases were ADL III,2 cases were ADL IV,1 case was ADL V; In 32 cases of surgery group,10 cases were ADL I,7 cases were ADL II,7 cases were ADL III,6 cases were ADL IV,2 case was ADL V;ADL I cases of 2 groups have significant difference,P0.05,other type cases of 2 groups do not have significant difference,P0.05.Conclusions: The endovascular embolization treatment is effective
