毕业论文 论题：智能电表系统设计 姓名： 青明 学号： 专业： 电子科学技术 导师： 李刚 摘 要 电表计量工作是电力企业一项非常重要的工作, 也是电力企业和用户建立信任关系的关键。电力市场的快速发展要求电表计量工作必须提高管理水平, 保证计量的准确、可靠, 而这一切都是必须要依靠科技的进步和发展才能实现的。当前, 各种数据库技术和计算机操作系统飞速发展, 特别是因特网网络技术广泛的应用, 促使我们在计量管理上采用新的技术手段来进行管理具有更宽的选择空间。 电表计量管理部门应建立电表计量装置计算机管理信息系统 , 并实现与用电营业及其他有关部门的联网。电表计量管理信息系统在功能设计上 , 各功能模块应形成一个有机联合的整体 , 互相关联 , 又各自独立 , 满足电表计量各业务功能需求。电表计量管理作为用电 MIS 的基础组成部分 , 必须预留数据接口。 电表计量数据管理以电表计量装置为主线 , 计量器具资产为辅线 , 对电表计量装置的运行状况实现全过程管理。 应做到各项业务处理的独立性与业务流程的连贯性相统一 ; 数据共享性高、一致性好 ; 系统查询方式灵活多样 ; 系统维护简便。本系统采用 B/S 的结构方式。主要使用 JSP技术， Eclipse 工具开发，数据库采用 Access。并在服务器上测 试运行良好。 本论文对系统从前期调研，需求分析，到概要设计，设计实现进行了详细的说明，同时也对本次毕业设计中使用到的技术做以概况。 关键词： 电表计量管理 JSP Access Eclipse ABSTRACT Electricity metering work is a very important job, but also the power companies and users to establish trust between the key.
