PAGE PAGE 2 大数据时代下企业财务管理发展道路探究 ——以阿里巴巴为例 内 容 摘 要 大数据在一定程度上改善人们的生活方式和工作方式，人类社会进入了大数据时代。大数据时代的到来影响着各企业，给各行业也带来了巨大变化。大数据技术的使用，可以为企业提供全面又准确的数据分析平台，解决了企业在数据的处理和检测的过程中遇到的问题。而财务管理是企业管理的核心部分，企业应该把握住时代带来的机遇谋求企业更进一步的发展。 本文主要用文献分析法和案例分析法来研究， 从传统财务管理变革的必要性入手，分析了大数据下传统财务管理的问题，比如观念旧、缺乏风险意识和高素质人才、财务信息共享不足，财务软件运用少等。结合对阿里巴巴集团大数据在财务管理方面的分析，提出在大数据时代下发展的对策，企业应加强对财务管理的重视，转变思维，更新观念；寻找高素质人才，增加对职工的培训；加大资金在数据管理系统的投入；加强财务管理的信息建设、高素质人才、风险管控等方面，对财务管理的发展具有现实意义。 关键词：大数据；财务管理；发展  Research on the Development Path of Enterprise Financial Management in the Age of Big Data: Taking Alibaba as an Example Abstract Big Data improves people's lives and work to a certain extent, and human society has entered the era of Big Data. The emergence of the era of Big Data has led to major changes in the development of all areas of life, The use of Big Data Technology can provide companies with a comprehensive and accurate data analysis platform and solve the problems encountered in data processing and testing. Financial management is the core of corporate management. Companies should take the opportunity to take advantage of the times for further development. This contribution mainly uses literature analyses and case studies to examine, on the basis of the need for a traditional financial management reform, the problems of traditional financial management under large data such as: e.g. the old concept, the lack of risk awareness and high-quality talent, the lack of financial information exchange and the reduced use of financial software. Based on the analysis of the large data of the Alibaba Group in financial management, This paper presents the countermeasures to their development in the age of Big Data. Companies should pay more attention to financial management, change their minds and renew their ideas, seek high-quality talent and increase employee training, increase investment in the data management system, build up information, high-quality talent and strengthen financial management risk control
