中文题目：采煤机滚筒测量装置设计 外文题目：DESIGN OF SHEARER DRUM MEASURING DEVICE 毕业设计（论文）共 60 页（其中：外文文献及译文22页） 图纸共4张 完成日期 2015年6月 答辩日期 2015年6月 摘要 滚筒是采煤机截割煤、运输煤的关键部分，其消耗的功率占采煤机装机功率的80%～90%，而采煤机滚筒的参数直接影响煤炭生产的块煤率、装煤效率及粉尘浓度等各项指标，进而影响煤矿的经济效益和工作面工人的生命安全。因而必须设计相应的装置来测量采煤机的螺旋滚筒。采煤机滚筒的结构参数包括滚筒的直径、筒毂直径、螺旋叶片的头数、螺旋叶片的螺旋角以及截齿的安装尺寸与数量等，这些参数对煤块率、装煤效率等都有着不同程度的影响。 本文对采煤机滚筒的结构、各个参数的影响进行了综合阐述，对测量螺旋滚筒参数的原理进行了研究，论述了螺旋滚筒两种定位方式的利弊；分析了测量装置各部件间的联接结构和总体布置。本次设计参考中华人民共和国煤炭行业标准MT/T 321-2004中对螺旋滚筒专用测量装置的要求，所设计的测量装置不仅可以帮助滚筒生产厂家测量滚筒的直径、宽度、截齿的位姿等参数，还能在煤矿在选购采煤机时作为检测工具，检验所选滚筒的各项数据是否达标。 关键词：采煤机；螺旋滚筒；测量装置；截齿位姿 Abstract Is a key part of the drum of the shearer cutting coal, coal transportation, the consumption of power for shearer installed power machine of 80% to 90%, and the parameters of shearer drum directly affect coal production of lump coal rate, loading efficiency and dust concentration and other indicators, thereby affecting the safety of coal mine economic benefits and working face workers. This paper of shearer drum structure, the various parameters were comprehensively expounded, principle of measuring parameters of spiral roller were studied, discusses the pros and cons of spiral drum two kinds of location methods; analysis of the measuring device among the components of the connection structure and overall arrangement.
