With the development of market economy, developed countries such as America, Japan and developing countries like China, the demand structure of the consumers have changed, people's purchasing power level, the demand from low level to high level of homoplasy in transformation, needs to personalized, diversified demand change, which puts forward higher requirements the manufacturers and businessmen, prompting them to diversify or product diversification. The correct choice of strategy, is deciding whether SMEs in this competition success or failure, strategic management is that the competitiveness of enterprises in the direction of development and competition.
