北华大学 本科生 题目：护理干涉对新生儿黄疸的影响 学生姓名：张阳 准考证号:293515200128 指导教师：陈玉波 2017年5月11 日 摘要 为了研究对新生儿黄疸做出高效、准时、经济、安全的人为干预措施，降低新生儿患有胆红素 脑病黄疸的疾病案例。2017年1月2017年4月，对我院正常满月诞生的120名新生儿进行收集。把新生 儿分为干预组与对比组，他们都接受日常的护理，但干预组在新生儿日常护理的前提条件下加入护 理的干涉。结果是护理干涉的新生儿在第一次排出粪便的时间和胎便变为黄色的时间均有所改善， 七天之内干预组患有黄疸的人数比对比组的人数少。得出结论是，医院的医护行为应该加强规范性 ，护理人员应该进行法律和服务方面的培训，从未提高其意识，这样才能提高新生儿家属的中意度 。 关键词：干涉，新生儿黄疸，护理 Abstract Objective:In order to study the effective, timely, economic and safe human intervention measures for neonatal jaundice, the case of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy caused by jaundice is reduced. In January 2017, in April 2017, 120 newborns born in the normal full moon of our hospital were collected. The newborns were divided into an intervention group and a control group. They all received daily care, but the intervention group added intervention in the preconditions of daily neonatal care. As a result, the time between the first time the feces were discharged and the time when the fetus turned yellow was improved. The number of people with jaundice in the intervention group was less than that in the control group within seven days. It is concluded that the hospitals health care behavior should be strengthened and the nursing staff should be trained in law and services, and their awareness has never been raised, so as to improve the satisfaction of the newborn family members.
