佣金协议书格式 佣金协议书 COMMISSION AGREEMENT 本佣金协议书于 2007年 10月 日在中国上海由双方在平等互 利基础上达成，按双方同意的下列条件发展业务关系： This Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is between the parties concerned on October 31, 2007 in Shanghai, China on the basis of equality and mutual benefit to develop business on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon as follow: In consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. 协议双方 The Parties Concerned 甲方： 地址： 电话： 传真： Party A: Add: Tel: Fax: 乙方：乙方应该是我公司吧 地址： 电话： Party B: wk_ad_begin({pid : 21});wk_ad_after(21, function(){$('.ad-hidden').hide();}, function(){$('.ad-hidden').show();}); 甲方指定乙方为其在中国的全权采购代理，采购甲方指定的 合法产品。 The Party A appoints the Party B as its Exclusive Purchasing Agency in China, purchasing the goods as Part A refers. 3. 双方的职责 Duties of two parties: (1) 甲方所需的采购业务应提交给乙方详细的询价单，比如 材质、尺寸、数量、品质等具体要求，乙方须在 7 天内提供产品报价 单给甲方 ( 若遇特殊情况和不可抗拒力因素除外 )。(2) 甲方直接下订 单给乙方，由乙方全权负责从接单到出货服务。包括寻找甲方需要的 样品以及物品，为甲方取样、验货、出货等事宜。 (3) 乙方应保证所采购产品的合法性以及保证产品符合订单 的要求。 4. 货款的支付方式 甲方正式下单给乙方后，须在两个工作日内支付采购总额的 ---% 定金给乙方以备采购，交货时，乙方须提供有效提单给甲方，甲 方在两个工作日内支付余下的货款给乙方， 货款须汇入乙方指定银行。 5. 佣金的计算、给付方式、给付时间： COMMISSION 甲方同意按照每笔采购发票总金额的 % 支付佣金给乙 方，在出货后的 ??天内汇入乙方指定银行。 For the Purchasing Agent's services, the Party A shall pay the Party B the following commission percentage within ?? days : %of Part B' s each purchasing aggregate amount of the invoice value against the shipments effected.
