Methods 72 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups (test group and control group) .Diagnosis in all cases was confirmed by pathology. The patients in test group were intravenously dripped with CMNa 800mg/m2 three times weekly during whole treatment period by radiotherapy. Patients in control group were treated by radiotherapy alone. The standard protocols of radiotherapy were adopted in two groups. The effects were assessed by CT scan 、X-ray .Various advee reactio and blood routine test were checped weekly while the liver function、renal function and EKG were exainied every 3～4 weeks. Results All 72 patients completed their designed treatment. The CR rate of test group was higher than that of control group (P). The median dose by which the effect had reached CR or PR was lower in test group than that of control group , but there was no strong correlation because of the limit of the methods assessing the therapeutic effects . There were no significant difference between two groups in the rate of advee reaction .No neurotoxicity was observed. Conclusion CMNa is an effective radioseitzer with low toxicity and high safety . Remote evaluation needs further follow-up. 【Key words】 malignant tumor radiotherapy radioseitizer metronidazole amino acidum natrium(CMNa) 肿瘤乏氧是造成放射治疗失败的重要原因之一, 实体瘤中的乏氧细胞对低ＬＥＴ射线具有抗拒作用［１］。甘氨双唑钠是新上市的我国自行研制的硝基咪唑类放射增敏剂, 基础和临床实验证实其对实体瘤乏氧细胞有明显的放射增敏作用,对正常组织无明显影响［２］。 自2002年10月～2005年12月,作者采用随机分组法对72例住院放疗的恶性肿瘤采用甘氨双唑钠配合外照射与常规放疗进行前瞻性研究,报告如下。 1 材料与方法 病例选择 入组条件:经病理组织学或细胞学确诊为恶性肿瘤;有放射治疗适应征;有可测量的肿瘤病灶;除外以往抗癌治疗的影响(放化疗后1个月以上); Karn
