Methods 3 groups, GYHF of cerebral infarction, YXSF of cerebral infarction and healthy people were designed with 15 cases of each group. Total protein were extracted from lymphocyte of peripheral venous blood, and two dimeional electrophoresis was used to separate total protei from norma land model ratsynovium. Having been stained, protei were analyzed by PDquest software. Some selected protein spots were identified by peptide mass fingerprint (PMF) based on Matrix assisted laser desorptio ionizationtime of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and database. Results 23 different protein spots and 8 identical peotein spots were found out from GYHF and YXSF group, 22 protei were identified from the different protein spots including 15 kinds of protei and 6 protein spots including 5 kinds of protei. GYHF of cerebral infarction related with protei such as metabolic enzymes, signal tramission protei, cytoskeletal protein, antioxydation protei and so forth. Conclusion GYHF and YXSF of cerebral infarction have different protei and identical protei, which indicates that the two syndromes have the same matter substructure and different essential connotation。 Key words:Ganyang Huafeng Syndrome;cerebral infarction;MALDI-TOF-MS;proteromics 随着后基因时代的到来,蛋白质组学广泛应用于医学研究,并逐渐渗入到中医领域。近年来,中医证实质的蛋白质组学研究成为热点[1],并提出证候蛋白质组学。在证候理论指导下,运用功能蛋白质组学的方法,通过探讨证候,特别是同病异证或异病同证的蛋白质差异表达及翻译后的修饰情况,揭示与某一证候形成相关的所有蛋白质及其特征,在整体蛋白质表达的水平上阐明证候的本质,则可称为证候蛋白质组学。建立“证候-蛋白质表达谱”,以此来揭示中医证候
