It is a discipline that studies how to achieve optimal allocation of resources under conditions of scarce resources. Under the background of the economicalization of legal issues and the nature of intellectual property rights as an incentive and innovation system, this course plays an important role in cultivating and deepening the understanding of this background and basic issues.
