焊接材料管理办法

Weldingmaterialmanagementmethod

为加强各分包商焊接材料使用管理；同时让分包商及焊工都能明确焊材使用要求、焊材领用流程，特制定本管理办法。

Forstrengtheningtheweldingmaterialmanagementofsubcontractor,andtomakethesubcontractorandweldersclearingtheoperatingrequirementsandrecipientprocessofweldingmaterial,soweestablishedthismanagementmethod.

1、职责

Responsibility:

1.1总承包商提供正式工程所使用的焊接材料，总承包商物资公司负责焊接材料的采购、验收以及一级库发放前的过程控制与管理。

Contractorshallprovideweldingmaterialusedforformalconstructionproject,theprocurementcompanyofcontractorshallresponsibleforpurchase,acceptancecheckofweldingmaterialandtheprocesscontrolandmanagementbeforegrantingfromtheone-levelstorage.

1.2总承包商各单位负责本单位焊接材料采购计划的编制，报检测中心及物资公司审核；各单位同时负责分包商施工前焊接材料使用的申请及焊接材料现场使用的管理工作。

Theunitsofcontractorshallresponsibleforformationofweldingmaterialpurchaseplan,thenauditedbytestingcenterandprocurementcompany;theunitsshallresponsiblefortheuseapplicationofweldingmaterialbeforeconstructionandthemanagementofweldingmaterialusedforsite.

1.3分包商设立二级焊材库，自备焊条烘烤设备。负责二级库的日常管理，并做好焊材的入库、烘烤、发放与回收管理。

Thesubcontractorshallestablishsecondweldingstorage,andshallprovidetheelectrodebakingequipment.Thesubcontractorshallresponsiblefordailymanagement,andshalldowellthestorage,baking,managementofgrantandrecover.

1.4总承包商检测中心负责焊接材料的监督管理工作。

Thetestingcenterofcontractorshallresponsibleforsupervisionofweldingmaterial.

2、焊接材料的领取

2.1各单位分包商凭领料单到物资公司一级焊材库领取焊接材料。领料单的开据需经各单位焊接技术员或焊接管理人员确认，检测中心审核。

Theunitsofsubcontractorshallclaimweldingmaterialfromfirst-levelweldingmaterialstorageofprocurementcompanywithmaterialrequisition.Andthematerialrequisitionshallbeaffirmedbytheweldingtechnicianandweldingmanagementpersonnel,andauditedbytestingcenter.

2.2分包商到一级库领取焊接材料，并主动索取质量证明材料。
