的设计与实现

摘要

随着我国高等教育管理体制、办学体制、内部管理体制改革的不断深入，各地在高等学校人事管理体制和运行机制改革方面进行了许多有益的探索，取得了一些经验。为了适应我国高等教育改革和发展的要求，迫切需要进一步加快高等学校人事和分配制度改革的步伐，建立适应社会主义市场经济体制和符合高等教育发展规律的高等学校人事管理制度迫在眉睫。

本论文叙述了计算机学院教师当量管理的现状及该课题在国内的发展状况，以及开发过程中所涉及的相关技术。重点介绍了计算机学院教师当量管理系统的设计与实现的过程：包括需求分析、数据库的设计与实现、功能模块的设计与实现、系统测试和调试。本系统主要功能有系统管理、后台管理、报表查询、系统维护、系统帮助。

采用Delphi+SQLServer2000的开发模式，对本系统进行设计与实现。

ABSTRACT

Alongwithourcountryhighereducationmanagementsystem,theschoolsystem,theinternalmanagementorganizationalreformisunceasinglythorough,eachplacehascarriedonmanybeneficialexplorationsinthecollegepersonnelmanagementsystemandthemovementmechanismreformaspect,hasobtainedsomeexperiences.Inordertoadapttherequestwhichtheourcountryhighereducationreformsanddevelops,urgentneedsfurthertospeedupthecollegehumanaffairsanddistributionsystempaceofreform,establishestheadoptionsocialistmarketeconomysystemandconformstothehighereducationlawofdevelopmentcollegepersonnelmanagementsystemtobeimminent.

ThisthesishasnarratedthepresentsituationoftheComputerInstituteTeacherEquivalentManagementandthissubjectinthedomesticdevelopmentcondition,anddevelopsrelevanttechnologyinvolvedincourse.It’sanimportantpointtointroducethedesignandtherealizationprocesswithemphasisoftheComputerInstituteTeacherEquivalentManagementsystem:Includingdemandanalysis,databasedesignandrealization,functionmoduledesignandrealization,systemtestanddebugging.Themainfunctionofthissystemhasthesystemadministration,thebackstagemanagement,thereportforminquiry,thesystemmaintenance,andthesystemhelp.

UsingDelphi+SQLServer2000developmentspatterns,andcarriesonthedesignandtherealizationtothissystem.
