A6Sigmaprojectwaslaunchedin2005todetermhevalueofthepaperdistributionofTIBinformation.Aswithall

6Sigmaprojects,theVoiceoftheCustomer(VOC)wasakeycontributortotheoutcome.InordertogathertheVOC

relatedtothepaperdistributionofTIB’s,asurveywasdistributedtokeyCaterpillaranddealernel.

ResultsfromthesurveyledtotheconclusionthatthereislittlevaluetothepaperdistributionofTIB’s.Asaresult,the

paperdistributionofTechnicalInformationBulletinstoallcurrentrecipientswillbedisaftertheJuly

27,2005distribution.
