差异教学资源开发与利用策略研究 _ 以上海市S中学为例.pdf

论 文 摘 要 17世纪德国哲学家莱布尼茨提出了一个著名的论断：“世界上没有两片相同 的树叶”。可见，差异是世界上事物之间的基本特征。教育若要取得理想的效果， 自然也不能忽视教育对象的个体差异性。 差异教学是 20 世纪 80 年代末开始在我国流行的一种新的教学理念，这一理 念的宗旨是 “面对有差异的学生，实施有差异的教育，促进有差异的成长”。 本 研究借助于笔者所在学校正在实施的差异教学，研究差异教学中的一个重要问 题，即教学资源的开发与利用问题，在对国内外现有的针对差异教学的相关研究 进行梳理的基础上，对学校在差异教学资源开发与利用中存在的意识和能力不 强、学校支撑不力以及隐性资源的影响力关注不够等问题进行剖析和思考对师生 差异的类型、作用以及 S 中学针对师生差异而采取的措施进行系统解读，从师生 差异资源以及相关保障措施等方面提出对差异教学资源开发与利用的策略建议。 论文的核心观点是实施差异教学是现代教育发展的必需，而教学资源的开发 与利用是实施差异教学的一个不可忽视的环节，作为教育关系主体的教师与学 生，他们自身的差异性正是差异教学资源开发的基础与来源。同时，为了学校中 差异教学的更好开展，建立必要的保障体系也是必不可少的。 关键词： 差异教学 教学资源 开发与利用 ABSTRACT The world is diverse, people are diverse.
