摘 要 随着汽车工业的发展,汽车保有量的迅速增加,对汽车的性能要求日益增大,导致对汽车维修设备的需求量逐渐加大。在汽车运动过程中,由于发生颠簸等事故,会造成后桥壳中半轴套管的损伤,开发具有自主知识产权的半轴套管拆装机也就成了我国汽车维修工业中的一部分重要课题,而且对提高我国专用机器的的设计水平,带动我国维修车辆的自主设计开发具有重要意义。随着科技的迅猛发展,我们必须加快先进性设计理念,并应用到实践。因此,高科技半轴套管拆装机作为重型汽车修理的必备工具,是具有发展前景的车辆修理专用设备之一。 文中通过大量调研,改装了一种以手动操作为基础,额定压力为20WPa的高压维修设备。文中主要进行了由液压泵、液压缸、电机、千斤顶、阀体、车架附属装置组成的液压系统的设计。最后,对改装完成后的半轴套管拆装机进行了必要的操纵性、安全性和稳定性等主要整车性能的计算分析,计算结果表明整车性能满足要求。 关键词 半轴套管;拆装机;液压泵;液压缸 Abstract Along with the development of the automotive industry,autopossession of the rapid increase of automobile, the performance requirements of enlarging, lead to the vehicle maintenance equipment demand increase gradually. In vehicle movement process, because such accidents occurred turbulence, can cause rear axle shell in half axle sleeve tube damage, develop with independent intellectual property rights of half axle sleeve tube dismantle installed also became partofChina'sautomobilemaintenance industry important topic, and to enhance our country's special machine, the design level of drive our country repair vehicles independent design development to have the important meaning. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, we must accelerate the advanced design idea, and applied to practice. Therefore, high-tech half axle sleeve pipe down as heavy vehicle repair installed an essential tool, is to have the prospects of development of special equipment repair vehicles. In this paper, through the plenty of investigation, to modify a kind of manual operation as the foundation, pressure rated for 20WPa high-pressure maintenance equipment. This paper mainly made by hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder, motor, jack, body, frame, accessory device consisting of hydraulic system design.
