浅议辩筒装备安装工程旋工管理

摘要：在矿山机电设备安装工程中立井井简装备安装工程属于规模大、施工难度大、
安全隐患多的工程，而且整个工程涉及的环节多、井筒装备构件种类和数量繁多，如何在施
工过程中进行科学合理的管理，直接影响到整个工程的进度、工程质量、施工安全和工程成
本。本文以山西省长治市下霍煤矿副井井筒装备安装工程为实例从不同层次论述了井筒装
备安装工程施工管理的方法。
