南 京 工 程 学 院 毕业设计说明书(论文) 全套图纸，加153893706 作 者： xxxxx 学 号：088810202010 学 院： xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： TCL2165彩电调谐器盖板模具设计 指导者： 评阅者： 2013 年 4 月 淮安摘 要 电视机调谐器盖板塑件属于中小型注射塑件，电视机在日常生活中越来越广泛，市场上的电视机调谐器种类繁多，本文针对TCL2165型号电视机的调谐器盖板进行模具设计。调谐器盖板是电视机上的一个装饰配件，需要其外观好看。所以，这就对塑件产品的外观性能有着很大的要求。对于本课题的塑件的模具设计，重点在于如何提高成型质量，如何保证其外观要求。针对其成型特点设计了塑件结构及其注塑成型模具。首先分析了该塑件成型工艺特点，然后应用UG创建了塑件的几何模型，以及运用Moldflow软件对塑件的最佳浇口进行了模拟。根据塑件结构特点及成型要求，选择了分型面、设计了浇注系统及确定了型腔数。 关键词： 注射塑件 配件 TCL2165 电视机 调谐器盖板 模具设计 Title: TCL2165 model of the TV tuner cover plate to the mold design Abstract TV tuner cover plastic parts to belong to small and medium-sized plastic parts, TV sets in daily life more and more widely, in the market TV tuner sort is various, this paper TCL2165 model of the TV tuner cover plate to the mold design.
