PAGE 36 志愿者的认同需求研究——以中山市青年志愿者协会为例 摘要 随着社会的发展，对中国的政府改革和职能转变的志愿服务在社区公共服务志愿者社区国民经济发展和社会进步中发挥着越来越重要的作用，逐渐演化成了一种重要的组织形式。社区志愿服务不仅满足了人民群众的基本需要，化解了社会矛盾，促进了良好的社会风尚，也为和谐社会的构建打下了坚实的基础。社区志愿者是社区志愿服务的核心力量，社区志愿者的健康发展影响着社区生活的和谐发展，加快了社会和谐的步伐。它有助于提高志愿者素质，培养他们的专业技能，建立一支专业高效的志愿者队伍。但是，就中山市而言，社区志愿服务还不完善，志愿者工作还有很多问题需要解决。 本文首先介绍了社区志愿者身份的产生背景和意义，并简要介绍了中山社区志愿服务的现状。然后以中山社区志愿者为主要研究对象，了解社区志愿服务工作和身份的个人经验，并结合社区志愿者经理访谈，社区志愿者的身份和身份的需求情况；最后从内部和外部两方面进行分析，全面了解其个人的职业素质，综合其他方面的质量和组织环境、任务、工作内容等进行全面了解。根据志愿者的身份存在的问题和建议，社区志愿者对自己的身份和需求为基础，对中山市社区志愿者的身份和需求调查之间的差异分析，并对中山市社区志愿者的身份工作的改进提出了相应的对策与建议。 关键词：社区志愿者； 认同现状； 认同需求； Abstract With the development of society, change our government to promote the reform and functions of volunteer service to the country's economic development and social progress play an increasingly important role in the community public service community volunteers are gradually evolved into one of a kind important form of organization.
