摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高，以及人们对居住房屋装饰装修审美观的变化，现代建筑的装潢材料从最初的单纯抹灰、刷涂料，发展到了今天的镶贴饰面砖，挂大理石，甚至出现了全幕墙结构，装潢材料发展了，施工工序简化了，装潢的作用也从最初单一追求的保护墙体到今天的装饰效果多样化发展。但有些质量问题却没有相应地改善。实贴饰面砖的空鼓、脱落就是一个困扰装潢工程的一个持久而又严重的问题，这不仅关系着建筑物的使用功能而且还关系着人们的生命财产安全，因此，探索更安全、可靠、便捷的施工方法是室内外装潢从业人员的一个永恒而持久的课题。 本文通过比较传统施工工艺和最新的规范以及国内外先进企业的施工方法，找到一条行之有效的、可持续的实贴饰面砖的施工方法，尽量减少目前施工现场遇到的空鼓和脱落等质量通病、指导施工。以期待其促进实贴饰面砖施工的规范化和标准化。 关键词：实贴饰面砖； 空鼓； 脱落； 分析与防治 ABSTRACT As people living of improve, and people on live housing decoration decoration aesthetics of changes, modern building of decoration material from initially of simple wiped ash, and brush paint, development to has today of insert posted ornaments tile, hanging marble, even appears has full curtain wall structure, decoration material development has, construction process simplified has, decoration of role also from initially single pursuit of protection wall body to today of decoration effect diversification development.
