摘 要 推床由推板和推杆、导向装置、推板前进油缸动力装置、推板后退油缸动力装置、齿轮齿条箱、同步杆装置、集中干油润滑系统、齿轮齿条润滑系统和电器设备等组成。推出推板的前进和后退分别由一个前进液压缸和一个后退液压缸带动传动箱，通过齿轮增速机构（齿轮齿条箱），带动齿条推杆来完成推床推板的开合、对中。本次设计是针对某钢厂1700初轧机前推床进行设计。本设计首先通过查阅文献资料介绍了国内外热轧生产的工艺和主要设备的相关内容，以及初轧机前推床的结构、原理及特点；其次,按照已知的技术参数和条件，分别对电机、减速器、联轴器、轴承、键等做了计算和选型；同时还对其强度、使用寿命等进行校核验证其合理性和可靠性。最后，介绍1700初轧机前推床润滑、点检、维修等标准，并进行了环保与经济性评价与分析。本次设计主要是结合现场生产实际，依据现有的成熟的设计规范进行仿照设计，严格依照设计标准和有关规范进行设计与计算。 关键词： 推床；齿轮齿条；减速机 ABSTRACT Manipulator by the push plate and the push rod, guide and push the oil cylinder powerplant, pushing plate in front of the plate back cylinder power plant, the gear and rack box, synchronous gear, dry oil lubrication system, gear and rack lubrication system and electrical equipment, etc. Launch push plate of forward and backward, respectively, by a hydraulic cylinder and a regressive hydraulic cylinder drives the transmission case, through the gear growth (gear and rack box), drives the rack and push rod to complete in the opening and closing, push the bed push board.
