PAGE 18 l l 保密类别? ???? 编 号? ???????? 毕 业 论 文 试论中国电视法治节目的发展方向 学 院 电视与新闻学院 专 业 广播电视编导（电视编辑方向） 班 级 电视编辑 姓 名 指导教师 中 国 传 媒 大 学 年 5 月 8 日 l 摘 要 我国电视法制节目虽然起步较晚，但是发展却异常迅猛。改革开放以来，随着社会主义市场经济错综复杂矛盾的出现，随着中国法制建设的日益完善，随着人们法制意识逐步增强，整个社会对法律问题的关注度以及对法律知识的需求量都在不断提升。在这个大时代背景下，出现了《今日说法》、《庭审纪实》、《法治进行时》等一批优秀的法制节目以及与法制有关的新闻报道。 而在以往对于法制新闻和法制节目的研究领域，一直强调一个概念，那就是“法制”。本文将提出一个全新的概念，那就是何谓“法治”新闻？何谓电视“法治”节目？本文将围绕这两点进行展开。 到底是什么原因使得我国法治节目如沐春风？我国法治节目的发展历程又是怎样的？他们在成功的同时又遇到了哪些问题？这些都是本文试图说明和阐释的。本文用了一定的篇幅来分析我国法治节目的发展历程，举了若干法治节目的发展案例，意在总结他们或成功或失败的节目经验，以此得出我国法治节目的特点以及法治节目陷入瓶颈的根本原因。 关键词：法治新闻 电视法治节目 ABSTRACT Although the rule of law programs in China television late start, but a very rapid development.
