The protection of intellectual property rights play a decisive role in foreign trade, is any one country can not be ignored. This paper proves the important position of the intellectual property rights in foreign trade through a variety of examples, and demonstrated with examples exist in the protection of intellectual property rights in foreign trade issues, an antidote against the disease, and puts forward relevant strategies, focusing on perfecting the mechanism of protection of intellectual property rights in foreign trade, and then create a stable and healthy environment for the development of economy all over the world.
