U8 Section B(3a-3c)教学设计
一、Teaching aims:
1.Knowledge aims: cut up =cut into pieces, make the soup very hot, one by one, put …into… It’s time to ….
First,…Next…Then…Finally….
2. Ability aims: students can write an article with the key expressions about cooking.
3.Emotional aims: students can have fun in cooking and give thanks for their parents, so that students can help more with housework.
二、Teaching key points:
1. the key words and expressions in writing.
2. use the outline to help with writing.
3.the method of writing and modifying
三、Teaching methods:
PPT , multiple-media, video, pot, lettuce, rice noodles, chicken, meat ,eggs and so on.
四、Teaching procedures:
1,Warm up and lead in:
Use a video about Chinese famous food to catch students' interests and lead in Yunnan rice noodles.
2. Retelling competition:
Let students retell how to make a banana milk shake and turkey in order to review some relative key expressions of writing. Also, it's good for the writing later.
3. Fun time: use food magic box to attract students' eyes and show Yunnan rice noodles.
4. Group work: 4 students a group, finish the following tasks:
Task1 How many steps are there and what are they?
Task 2 Write down these steps.
Task3 Group show.
5.Analysis the group show and give the proper steps.
6.let students write an outline about how to make tomato and egg noodles.
7.Consolidation: let students write an article about how to make tomato and egg noodles after group discussion. then after group shows, students modify them together.
8.小组成员作文自评,互评.
9.Summary :let students to watch a video about what they have learned today.
10.Extentation: enjoy some pictures about doing housework and help students give thanks for their parents.
10. Homework: 1.Modify their writings after class.
2.Make some food for their family. Take some photos while cooking. Then share the photos with your classmates.
