城市社区居家养老服务需求及其影响因素 ——以珠三角地区为例 【摘要】在老龄人口日益增长的情况下，详细研究城市社区居家养老服务需求，可以提升社区居家养老服务的满意度，完善社区居家养老服务模式也有助于实现社区居家养老资源利用的最大化。本文采用自行设计调查问卷的方法，选取广东省珠三角城市地区人群的数据为依据，调查城市社区居家养老服务需求状况及其影响因素。利用描述性统计、卡方检验和二元logistic回归方法分析数据，结果发现虽然社区居家养老服务模式知晓度低但接受程度高，各项社区居家养老服务项目具有较高的需求，其中医疗保障需求和紧急情况下有人及时救援项目的需求强度最大。年龄和经济因素为影响社区居家养老服务需求的主要因素，居住情况、子女孝顺程度等家庭因素也对养老模式的倾向性具有显著性影响。因此在开展社区居家养老服务时，建议政府应当发挥主导作用，加大补贴力度，扩大社区居家养老的宣传力度；社区养老行业应当提供更多个性化、多样化的养老服务，并提高社区工作者的服务质量。 【关键词】社区居家养老；家庭养老；需求；影响因素； The demand for home-based elderly care services in urban communities and its influencing factors -- taking the Pearl River Delta region as an example [Abstract] With the increasing of the aging population, a detailed study on the demand of urban community home-based pension service can improve the satisfaction of community home-based pension service, in the same time, improving the community home-based pension service model can also help to maximize the use of community home-based pension resources. Based on the data of urban population in Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province, this paper uses the method of self-designed questionnaire to investigate the demand of home-based elderly care service in urban communities and its influencing factors. Using descriptive statistics, chi square test and binary logistic regression analysis data, the results show that although the awareness of community home-based elderly care service mode is low, the acceptance is high. Each community home-based elderly care service project has a high demand, among which the demand intensity of medical security demand and timely rescue project in emergency are the largest. Age and economic factors are the main influencing factors of community home-based elderly care service demand. Family factors such as living conditions and filial piety of children also have significant influence on the tendency of elderly care model. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should play a leading role in the development of community home-based elder
