东莞市医药冷链物流配送中心选址研究 【摘要】随着我国整体经济环境得到平稳快速的大发展，我们的生活水平也有了极大的上升，民众对医疗问题的关注度也日益增加，而医药冷链物流，作为保障转移过程中药品质量的重要一环，也受到更大的重视。而有着充足的人群基数的东莞市，其医药市场巨大。要想把握好医药市场的红海，做好医药冷链配送中心选址规划是必不可少的。配送中心作为医药企业的坚实后盾，在从上而下的物流运输操作过程中，发挥着重要的作用。这就是为什么本文研究适应于医药冷链物流配送中心选址的问题。 本文旨在对医药冷链物流配送中心选址问题进行研究，具体以东莞市为研究对象，探讨其建立医药冷链物流配送中心的选址问题。在本文的研究过程中，其中第一步是进行国内外的文献综述、医药冷链物流和配送中心的一些基本概念、东莞市的医药冷链配送中心现状和具体问题，从而得出在东莞市建立医药冷链物流配送中心的必要性和合理性，然后根据各种方法比较，选出层次分析法，以东莞市的三个经典地方为研究对象，对其交通方便程度、设备完善程度、市场距离程度为因素进行两两比较，之后通过一致性检验结果，分析探讨出配送中心选址的最佳地点。 通过本文的研究，不仅可以为东莞市针对建立医药冷链物流配送中心是否能有效实行提供参考，还可以为其对于配送中心的建设地点的决策提供一定的可行性依据，并且希望能对类似其他冷链物流配送中心选址的研究提供借鉴意义。 【关键词】医药冷链物流；东莞市；配送中心选址；层次分析法 注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。 Research on Location Selection of Dongguan Medical Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center [Abstract] With the steady and rapid development of China's overall economic environment, our living standards have also risen tremendously, people's attention to medical issues has also increased, and pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is important to ensure the quality of drugs during the transfer process.
