农村初中语文学困生转化研究——以G市农村初级中学为例论文设计.docx

PAGE I 摘要 随着社会的发展，时代的进步，面向全体学生，促进学生的全面发展越来越成为学校教育的时代要求。在初中语文学科教学中，更是要求学生有一定的知识水平，可以为初中及高等学校的学习奠定坚实的基础。然而，语文学困生的数量却日益增加，产生的原因也五花八门，多种多样。在一些农村乡镇中学，学困生所占全体学生的比例甚至可以达到百分之五十。在教育教学中，想要转化这些学困生，首先要了解学困生产生的原因，然后根据原因尝试找到解决学困生问题的方法。本文立足归因理论、激励理论和建构主义理论，采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、个案研究法相结合的方式，对G市农村初级中学的初中语文学困生进行了研究。 本研究以江苏省G市的农村初中语文学困生为研究对象，从学生方面和教师方面调查了农村初中语文学困生的成因，研究发现造成农村初中语文学困生的原因主要有：学习兴趣不足、学习动力不足，学习习惯不佳、学生学习意志薄弱；教师教学方法落后，教学能力不足，师生关系不合。根据学困生成因，研究提出了农村初中语文学困生的转化策略。具体包括：激发学生学习兴趣、提升学生学习动力、帮助学困生养成良好的学习习惯、锻炼学习意志、改进教学方法提升教学能力、建立融洽的师生关系六大点。 关键词：农村初中，初中语文，学困生 PAGE 34 Study on the Transformation of Rural Junior Middle School Literature and Literature Abstract With the development of society, the progress of the times, facing all students, promoting the all-round development of students has become the requirement of school education. In junior high school Chinese teaching, students are required to have a certain level of knowledge, which can lay a solid foundation for junior high school and college learning. However, the number of students with learning difficulties in Chinese is increasing day by day, and the causes are various.
