General 0.1 Attendants The test shall be con ducted in complia nee with the program and wit nessed by prese nted of the surveyor of classificati on society and the owner seprese ntative, uni ess otherwise men ti on ed. 0.2 Testing condition During testing, all the electric equipment shall be kept its service condition as near as practicable, and gauges fixed on the in strume nt board of equipme nt shall gen erally be used for check ing and tak ing a record. Each test shall be carried out whe n the vessel is moored alon gside the builder s wharf, uni ess otherwise men ti on ed. TEST PROGRAM 1 Electric Power System Main diesel generators and Emergency generator General During test on board, in prin ciple water resista nee shall be used as test load (PF=1.0) except at sea trial or otherwise no ted. Insulation resistance test Before and after the gen erator heat running test, i nsulatio n resista nee betwee n the followi ng points shall be measuredby use of a DC 500V Megger and it shall be con firmed that the resista nee is 1 mega-ohm or above: -Winding -ship s hull -Space heater-ship s hull The results of above test are recorded in attached sheetsiE2, 3, 4 on pagesi5, 16, 17, 18. Heat run test (Continuous load test) In crease gen erator load gradually from zero to full and the n run the gen erator con ti nu ously for 60 minu tes un der full load con diti on, 15 minu tes un der 110% full load at last. Measure the followi ng parameters and record the data duri ng this test. Output (kW), Freque ncy (Hz), Voltage (V), Curre nt (A), Temperature (C) of Air, Frame, Stator, Bearing and Engine room.
