企业库存控制策略研究 SJ006-1 CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 毕 业 论 文 题目: 企业库存控制策略研究 二级学院: 经济与管理学院 专 业: 物流管理 班级: 09物管 学生姓名: 王刚 学号:指导教师: 于忠霞 职称: 讲师 评阅教师: 职称: 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 在社会生产力快速发展的今天，库存管理已经成为企业生产经营管理的一项重要组成部分，库存控制理论也已经形成了一个比较完善的研究体系。随着社会的发展，先进的物流技术和现代物流管理方式得到了企业的广泛应用，大大地缓解了能源、原材料、劳动力等成本不断上升对企业造成的压力。在企业的实际生产和经营过程中，经典的经济订货批量模型(EOQ)早已得到广泛的应用，但经典的EOQ模型多数都没有考虑净现值对库存控制策略的影响，所以传统的经典EOQ模型得出的最优补充策略和实际的最优补充策略之间还存在着一部分的差距。 本文在随机性需求环境下，考虑净现值对库存补充策略的影响，以求库存过程中总成本的净现值最小值为目标函数，建立一般性物品的EOQ模型，又和传统的库存控制模型进行比较和分析，再进行灵敏度分析，发现使用净现值方法更切合实际，更合理。 关键词:经济订货批量 净现值 灵敏度分析 I Research on inventory control strategy of enterprise Abstract In the rapid development of social productive forces today, inventory management has become an important part of enterprise production and management, inventory control theory has formed a relatively complete research system. With the development of society, advanced logistics technology and modern logistics management mode has been widely used in enterprises, greatly easing the energy, raw materials, labor and other costs continue to rise the pressure on enterprises. In the actual production and management, the classical EOQ model has been widely used, but the classical EOQ model does not consider the net present value of influence factors on the inventory policy, the optimal replenishment policy between the optimal replenishment strategy that led to the traditional EOQ model and the actual there is still a certain gap. Based on the stochastic demand environment, this paper consider the net present value factors on the strategy of inventory replenishment, to minimize the net present value of total system cost as objective function, established the EOQ model of general goods, and with the traditional inventory models were compared and analyzed, and the sensitivity analysis, found that the use of net present value the method more practical, more reasonable.
