TheClientshallhavetherighttoinspectandtesttheelevatorsupondelivery.Iftheelevatorsdonotmeetthespecificationsorarefoundtobedefective,theClientmayrejectthemandtheSuppliershallreplacethematnoadditionalcost.
ForceMajeure
Neitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthiscontractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,labordisputes,ordisruptionsintransportation.
GoverningLaw
Thiscontractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewi
