生产物料仓库管理说明 Production material warehouse administration regulation 公司设立生产物料仓库，统一管理生产物料，并根据物料特性和用途，细分为设备及配件类，耗材类，工具类，劳保类，坑木类和油料类六大类，并进行分类管理 Company establish production material warehouse for supervising all the production material together, and divide the material into 6 groups accooring to their character and usage, which is: equipment& fittings, consumption material, tools, labor insurance, pitprop(kayu) dan oil( solar), which will be managed separately. 该仓库设有主管1人，专职保管员1名，兼职保管员1-2名。主管负责对仓库实施全面管理并对公司负责，要保管好各类有效表格及登记、做好物料的有序存放和合理安排补货，配合公司的盘点，提交有关劳保使用，耗材使用计划及建议，控制好劳保、耗材及油料的消耗；专职保管员主要负责物料日常保管、登记、搬运等日常工作；兼职保管员建议由矿区翻译兼任，除配合主管的工作外，要做好生产单位申领的登记、协调工作。 Company assign 1 supervisor, 2 full time warehouse keepers and 1-2 part time warehouse keeper to the production material warehouse. The supervisor take full charge to the warehouse and take responsibility to the company, he should keep all kinds of effective forms, book in and store the material orderly, arrange material supplement with reason, assist the company to check inventory, submit the usage plan and make suggestion about labor insurance, consumption material, control the usage of labor insurance, consumption material and oil(solar); the full time warehouse keeper take charge in daily routine such as daily material stock, book in, material transit and so on; translator in locations is assigned as the part time warehouse keeper, he should help to book in the material requisition(permintaan barang), coordinate and cooperate with warehouse supervisor as well. 矿区设立有用于贮放设备及大配件的一号仓库， 用于贮放小配件、耗材、劳保、工具的二号仓库，用于贮放油料的三号仓库，用于贮放坑木的四号、五号仓库，用于贮放待修，损坏设备的六号仓库，用于贮放矿车的七号仓库。 Location establish No.1 warehouse for stock equipment& fittings, No.2 warehouse for stock little sparepart, consumption meterials, labor insurance, and tools, No.2 warehouse for stock oil plants, No.4 and No.5 warehouse for stock pitprop, No.6 warehouse for stock wait for repair and damaged eqipments, No.7 warehouse for stock mine car. 所有生产物料使用前都必须入库，再由指定申领人申领出库交使用人使
