攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 六万吨/年硫酸法金红石钛白粉项目 水洗盐处理工序工程设计 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院（系）： 生物与化学工程学院 年级专业： 化学工程与工艺（2）班 指导教师： 高级工程师 助理指导教师： 年六月 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) 摘要 PAGE II 摘 要 用硫酸法生产钛白粉工艺中，水洗——盐处理工序主要是除去偏钛酸中的杂质，并加入少量的化学品进行改性，使产品具有良好的色相、光泽等各种特殊性能。 本设计采用硫酸法生产金红石钛白粉，设计规模为6万吨/年。设计生产过程包括一洗、漂白、二洗、盐处理及废酸废水的处理，并设计出各工序的工艺流程图。在设计中，以每小时的产能为依据，对一洗、漂白、二洗、盐处理等工序进行物料衡算和热量衡算，为设备选型提供数据支持。 在设计设备选型时，对主要设备进行计算和选型。通过物料衡算、热量衡算及设备选型和车间布置说明，得出最后的设计说明书、设备定型一览表和带控制点的工艺流程图。 关键词 硫酸法，钛白粉，水洗，漂白，盐处理 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the sulfuric acid titanium dioxide production process,the purpose of washing and salting process is removing the impurity in metatitanic acid,then adding a small amount of chemicals to chang the nature,finally making the produce had a good hue,gloss and other special properties.This paper designs with rutile titanium dioxide sulfuric acid production process and the scale of annual production is 20,000 tons. The production process includes first wash,Bleach,Second wash, Salt, and the process of waste treatment. The paper designs on these process -es and illustrates the flow chart of these process.Based on the hour production,the paper designs on first wash,Bleach,Second wash, and Salt with material balance and energy balance. Therefore, it provides the basis for the equipment selection. In the equipment shaping stage, it designs on major installation for computation and shaping. Base on the explanation of material weight, thermal weight, equipment shaping and workshop arrangement, finally it obtained the design instruction, equip –ment list and flow chart with controlling point.
