山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 在经济全球化和以信息技术为核心的新技术革命的推动下，市场竞争已从企业发展 战略向产业集群战略演化。科技产业集群通过创新效应显现出的竞争优势，日益受到广 泛关注，成为区域参与国际竞争的重要力量。经过 20 多年的发展，我国出现了许多科技 产业集聚区，然而在我国目前的体制环境下，难以形成集群的区域化创新，难以培育持 续创新的能力。因此，进行科技集群持续创新系统运作研究，对于解决目前我国地方集 群存在的“集群不经济”、“创新系统失灵”等问题，推动技术创新与产业创新，促进 区域集群的可持续发展，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文正是基于这一现实，构建了科技产业集群持续创新系统的运作模型，并将理论分析与实证 研究相结合，探求实现科技集群持续创新的内在机制。 本文具体内容包括： 第一章叙述选题背景和研究思路。主要介绍了科技产业集群与持续创新的国内外研 究现状，点明论文的选题背景、研究内容和原则。 第二章是基础理论及其相关概念界定。通过对科技产业集群和持续创新的相关内容 进行界定，提出了科技产业集群持续创新的概念和和价值链模型。 第三章是集群持续创新系统运作的周期演变分析。构建了科技产业集群持续创新周 期演变的过程模型，并阐述了集群生命周期和持续创新周期演变的相关关系。 第四章是集群持续创新系统要素集成和运作模型设计。这是本文的核心，该部分通 过分析科技集群持续创新系统的集成要素，构建出持续创新系统的运作模型，以此来探 讨集群持续创新的内在机理。 第五章是集群持续创新系统运作的综合评价:实证研究。该部分通过构建一套科学、 合理的集群持续创新能力评价指标体系，研究开发区 10 年的持续创新情况，并根据评价 分析结论，提出促进集群区域持续创新的对策建议。 在论文最后，总结全文要点，提出创新之处，建议今后的研究方向。 关键词： 科技产业集群 价值链 持续创新 系统运作 实证研究 Abstract In the economical whole- world and the new technological revolution impetus which take the information technology as the core, the market competition from the developing strategy of the enterprise to the evolution of industrial cluster strategy.
