The dextran coated iron oxide nanoparticles (DCIONP) was synthesized with deposition. Then, NHE1 antisee gene magnetic nanoparticles were cotructed. We examined the morphological changes of the trafected and untrafected cells under light and electron DCIONP successfully trafected NHE1 antisee gene into SGC7901 gastric cancer cells. Under the light microscope, we found that trafected SGC7901 gastric cancer cells with NHE1 antisee gene were larger with abundant cytoplasm and comparatively same size of nuclei, and the ratio of nuclei to cytoplasm, mitotic count and heteromorphism decreased when they were compared with their parent cells. The electron microscope showed increased number of mitochondrion and size of the trafected SGC7901 gastric cancer cells with NHE1 antisee gene, expanded Golgi apparatus, rough endoplasmic reticulum and endoplasmic reticulum and strengthened heteropolarity.
