Hainan is located in the south of China;It is the smallest province in the country.It has been x years since Hainan Province was born on April 4,1988.Today,more than XX million people live on this island. As the saying goes,no more than three things happen.On April 13,2021,Hainan,which has been a province for 33 years,finally pupated into a butterfly and turned into a different Hainan.Whether it is to comply with the requirements of the big strategy or to meet the internal development needs,the brilliant report card obtained in the three years of the construction of the free trade port objectively reflects that "Hainan has finally seized its historic opportunity". This is a different Hainan.It lives up to the great trust of the central government,takes the initiative to act and seize the opportunities of the times.When the policy dividend of the free trade port was implemented on April 13,2018,Hainan no longer hesitated,set out immediately,determined to reform and innovate.The bright report card of the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics proved the Hainan spirit of "hard work and brave responsibility". This is a different Hainan.The quality of economic development has been significantly improved,the number of new enterprises and thenumber of introduced talents have reached a new high,and the modern industrial system is beginning to take shape.This is a different Hainan.Compared with the previous two historical opportunities,the premise,background and conditions of this free trade port construction opportunity have changed.March towards modernization and embark on a new journey.
