摘 要 新闻信息的阅读是现代生活不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于新闻的决管理者阅读者来说都至关重要,所以新闻发布系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。给人们提供大量的新闻信息，了解社会，了解国家，了解民生了解各个方面的新闻信息，是现代传递信息的重要手段。 随着Internet的普及，人们获取信息的方式已经发生了激动人心的转变。互联网正在融入我们的生活，并影响和改变着我们的生活。由于计算机的使用，使得人们在管理、应用及服务等各个领域使用数据方面变得更加简洁，更加方便，大大提高了工作效率，产生了以计算机为主体，以人为辅助的局面。 本系统有两大模块组成：前台用户界面的实现和后台管理员对新闻发布系统的管理。前台界面是新闻发布系统的新闻展示等功能界面，包括用户登录，用户注册，新闻搜索，新闻展示模块。而后台是管理员对网站的管理和维护，主要有新闻信息管理，新闻类别管理，用户管理模块。每个模块都有其相对应的增加，修改，删除，查询操作。由于各个模块相互独立又相互关联是本网站较能适应目前市场需求。由于对评论的操作，及用户评论需要注册，也规范了评论内容，并具有信息合理性和完整性。 新闻发布系统采用B/S架构进行开发，使用当前流行的技术进行开发，开发环境采用VS2008进行开发，数据库使用Sql2005数据库来存储数据信息。 关键词　新闻管理 信息系统 ASP.NET SQL Server 2005 B/S C# Abstract Read the news and information is an indispensable part of modern life, it is the decision of the content manager for news readers who are critical, so the news release system should be able to provide users with adequate information and inquiry means fast.
