（ 二 零 一 五 年 一 月 摘要 土霉素（Oxytetracycline，OTC），又称5-羟基四环素，氧四环素，地霉素，地灵霉素，是一种四环类广谱抗生素。 由于其抗菌谱广，在医疗和畜牧业上得到广泛应用。在畜牧业及医疗方面有着广泛且重要的应用。对多数革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌、立克次体、沙眼衣原体、放线菌及螺旋体等都有效，对伤寒杆菌几乎无效。用于痢疾、斑疹伤寒、沙眼、结膜炎、肺炎、中耳炎、疖疮及皮肤化脓感染等。土霉素相关的生产技术已相对成熟。对其研究主要集中在其生产过程中各个工段的进一步优化。 土霉素的生产技术在现在已经十分成熟，已经能大规模生产，本报告结合市场上主流的工艺技术，主要对土霉素的生产工艺进行了系统地阐述，参考了大量的文献资料，从不同方面了解了土霉素生产工艺，其中特别是干燥工段，也进行了研究探讨。并对全工段的物料衡算进行了计算，以250t/a为生产任务，包括各工段的计算，参考了大量的相关数据进行了计算。 关键词：土霉素、计算、干燥Abstract Terramycin (Oxytetracycline, OTC), also known as 5-hydroxy-tetracycline, oxytetracycline, to neomycin, neomycin Hope, is a broad-spectrum antibiotic tetracycline class.
