First the text analyses the basic theory of business finance, diversification having introduced conglomerate import and characteristic , having made the complexity and function that the conglomerate has managed clear; Have introduced fundamental financial control connotation; Main conglomerate financial control content: Mechanism , the financing manage , management of investment waits for capital control mechanism , information disclosure mechanism , audit supervision. The article has analysed our country conglomerate financial control middle have problem then from the aspect managing system , managing concept and managing three tactics; Part III part of article has brought forward a few specifically for these problems resolving a countermeasu
