PAGE PAGE 28 文化产业评价体系构建及实证分析--以浙江省为例 摘要：“文化产业是以创意为核心、文化为灵魂、科技为支撑的产业形态，被称为二十一世纪最有发展前途的产业之一。”现今，随着文化产业日益成为国民经济最重要的部分，文化产业评价指标体系构建也愈发重要。 本文对已有的文化产业评价体系进行了比较，并在分析研究了波特的钻石评价模型以及芮佳丽娜的金字塔模型理论的基础上，构建新的文化产业评价体系。接着，收集整理全国30个地区的指标数据，运用因子分析方法对所建立的指标体系进行验证，构造主成份变量、计算因子得分，得出评价模型并对30个地区进行综合评价，得出排名和得分。 最后，以浙江省为例进行实证分析，根据所得出的分析结果对浙江省文化产业发展水平进行评价，摸清浙江省文化产业发展的现状和目前存在的问题，提出推动浙江省文化产业更快更好发展的具有针对性的措施。 关键词：文化产业评价指标体系因子分析对策 Evaluation system building and empirical analysis, cultural industry in zhejiang province as an example Abstract: Cultural industry is the creativity as the core, culture as the soul, science and technology as the support industry form, known as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century. Nowadays, with the cultural industry has increasingly become the most important part of national economy, cultural industry evaluation index system of building is also increasingly important. First of all, in this paper, the existing evaluation system on the basis of the comparison, the cultural industry and cultural industry in Asia Pacific region countries evaluation framework, porter's diamond model and RuiJia pyramid model as the theoretical basis of Rena, construct the new evaluation index system of cultural industry. Then, selection index data of 31 regions by using the factor analysis method to establish the index system of verification, tectonic principal component variables, calculation factor score, concluded that evaluation model and carries on the comprehensive evaluation of 31 regions, it is concluded that ranking and scoring. Finally, empirical analysis in zhejiang province as an example, through the analysis of the evaluation results of zhejiang province cultural industry development level, understand the culture industry development present situation and problems of zhejiang province, and puts forward some countermeasures in view of the development of cultural industry in zhejiang province.
