【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the relatiohip between the changes of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic paramete with the pathological types, differentiation degree and metastasis in patients with colon cancer. Methods: By enzyme-linked immunosorben Assay(ELISA),4 plasma molecular marke of the coagulation and fibrinolysis systems were measured in 54 healthy voluntee and 125 cases of colon cance, which included 58 Dukes A+B, 67 Dukes C+D and 40 undifferentiated and poorly differentiated, 85 well-differentiated and moderately differentiated patients. Their blood samples were taken from their peripheral molecular marke of coagulation and fibrinolytic system were as followings:tissue factor(TF), thrombin-antithrombin III complexes(TAT), tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1).Results: The levels of TF、TAT、t-PA、PAI-1 in 125 colon cancer patients were significantly higher than that in control group(P<). The levels of TF、TAT、t-PA、PAI-1 increased progressively with the exacerbation and differentiation of colon cancer, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<). Conclusion: The patients with colon cancer, especially those in the advanced stage usually, accompany with the dysfunction of blood coagulation, monitoring their alteratio in TF、TAT、t-PA、PAI-1 levels could be a valid measure to prevent coagulation disorder and to direct the clinical use of anticoagulation drugs.
